How To Order

Our ordering process is simple & easy to use. We use Paypal to take payment,
but it is not neccessary to have a Paypal account  and you can pay with your debit or credit card.
Before taking payment we ask for your details which creates a mini user account. This allow you to follow the progress of any outstanding orders and for us to proccess your order.
Your information is kept absolutely confidential at all times. 

To order use the following steps:

  • Simply click on the items you wish to purchase, then on the 'add to basket' button.

  • This will take you to your 'shopping basket'. If you wish to make a further purchase click on 'continue shopping'and you will return to the online store.

  • Once you have finished shopping click on the 'checkout' button.

  • Next you can either sign in as an existing customer or provide us with your details so we can process your order.Click submit & continue
    We only collect your information to process your order & provide you with the best possible service.

  • Next, tick the box to confirm you have read our Terms & Conditions, then click on 'pay via Paypal

  • Paypal allows you to purchase by debit/credit card or through your exsisting paypal account and ensures absolute secrecy of your personal information.

  • If you do not have a Paypal account, click 'continue' .

  • You will be given the option to select your debit/credit card type and this allows you to fill in the rest of your details.

  • At the bottom of the page you are required to fill in the  security check. Just simply type the letters you see. This helps prevent fraudulent transactions.
    Press continue.

  • Confirm your details and click pay.

  • You will then be sent an e-mail from Paypal confirming payment and an e-mail from Tricia Clark Designs confirming placement of your order.

We aim to despatch your order within 5 working days, not including weekends and holidays. You will recieve an e-mail confirming when your order has been despatched and we will do everything we can to ensure your delivery arrives promptly, but cannot make any guarantees on behalf of Royal Mail.

Postage & Packing

All P&P for Jewellery  within the UK mainland is  £3.95
Deliveries will be sent by Royal Mail first class delivery and will require a signature on arrival.

Next Day Priority
If you require a guarenteed next day delivery, please add £5  to the total.

Overseas P&P

Goods will be sent by Royal Mail airmail and will require a signature on arrival.

  • For Europe :
    P&P -  £5    Please allow  2-3 working days from date of despatch

  • USA :
    P&P -  £6.95 Please allow 5-7 working days from date of despatch

  • Australia : 
    P&P - £6.95 Please allow 5-7 working days from date of despatch
