We aim to dispatch your order within 5 working days, not including weekends and holidays. You will receive an e-mail confirming when your order has been dispatched and we will do everything we can to ensure your delivery arrives promptly, but cannot make any guarantees on behalf of Royal Mail.

Goods will be sent by Royal Mail first class delivery and require a signature on arrival

We use PAYPAL to clear your payment.
Your details are absolutely secure and under no circumstances will be divulged to any other organization or party.
We will keep your name and address on our file to send you information about any new products (unless you ask us not to do so)
If you believe your parcel to be lost, please contact us and we will investigate. Before a replacement or refund can be made, we will issue you with a form to confirm non-delivery, that must be signed and returned to us.
Every care is taken to enable your goods to arrive in perfect condition. If, however have any problem with the order, please contact us at email@example.com within 24 hours of delivery and we will endeavour to send a replacement or refund.
